Our Story
PureHelpa started with a simple, familiar problem: finding a cleaner, cook, or laundry helper you could actually trust in Jos usually meant relying on word of mouth, a neighbour's recommendation, or just hoping for the best with a stranger from a roadside signboard. There was no easy way to know who was reliable, who had been vetted, or who matched the comfort level your household needed.
We built PureHelpa to fix that — a platform where every worker is ID-verified before they can take a single job, where your gender preference is always respected as a top priority, and where a real person on our admin team reviews every match before it's confirmed. No black-box algorithm assigning strangers to your home unsupervised.
We're starting right here in Plateau State, in the neighbourhoods we know — School Area, Bukuru, Rayfield, Tudun Wada, and beyond — because trust is built locally, one verified worker and one well-matched job at a time.
